This is a rubber gasket made specifically for the standard 1 3/4" ammeter as fitted to Triumphs, BSAs, Nortons and AJSs as well as other makes.  It will help to keep the original appearance as well as the headlight more weatherproof just in case it rains while you are out!

It is manufactured from EPDM which is a more durable material for outdoor use.  The main properties of EPDM (ethylene propylene diene Monomer (M-class) rubber) are its outstanding heat, ozone and weather resistance.  The resistance to polar substances and steam are also good.  It has excellent electrical insulating properties.

The size of this gasket is 41mm i/d, 47mm o/d and it is 2mm thick.
