Opened from a brand new blister pack. Venasaur art cover. Booster pack weighs @ 20.74 grams (light weight pack). Booster pack is sealed, only blister pack itself has been opened. The booster pack has been put into a bubble wrap envelope and sealed. Booster pack has been handled with gloves on. This can all be seen in the video provided. 

This pack is highly unlikely to contain a holo card, but can guarantee you it is not a resealed booster pack, is originally sealed since 1999. ENGLISH BOOSTER PACK.

This blister weighed at 13.48 grams, however I've also seen one weigh at 12.8 grams. Therefore a blister on it's own can weigh anything between 12.8 - 13.48 grams.
