This is a Vintage Murano ALFREDO BARBINI Art Glass "Elf" Clown Figurine Paperweight, hand blown in vibrant green, orange and white, black and clear glass using a cased technique with 24k Gold polveri accents and bullicante (controlled bubbles) base. The clown head has a whimsical look and features hand blown details with a highly polished bullicante base and is attributed to Alfredo Barbini. This piece is crafted in both uranium and manganese UV reactive glass and glows under a black light. The paperweight measures approximately 6" high x 3.5" in diameter and is in excellent vintage pre-owned condition with no discernible chips, cracks, stains, crazing, dents or marks.
