Undescribed Tintype: "Vintage Baseball Series" The untitled undescribed tintype photograph captures an enigmatic moment frozen in time, where the past and present seem to intertwine. The aged, sepia-toned image reveals a scene that appears to be suspended between reality and imagination, invoking a sense of nostalgia and wonder.
"Whispers of Time" invites contemplation on the passage of time, the fluid nature of memory, and the evocative power of visual storytelling. It challenges the viewer to consider the stories and histories that are woven into the fabric of the image and to ponder the enigmatic figure who stands at the heart of this captivating tableau.
Tintypes enjoyed their widest use during the 1860s and 1870s, the medium persisted into the early 20th century and came back to enjoy a major resurgence into the 21st century.
All Tintype’s from this series are made in our own studio workshop, and crafted by us.
They are made exclusively by us according to our own new proprietary environmentally safe green process, an "old vintage process to create tintypes, used a chemical process that was not environmentally safe for our planet", and you won't find these anywhere else.
