Conditions Guideline
Brand New (BNWT) - New with tags or packaging. No damage or defects.
New with defects (NWD) - New with tags with possible slight damage or defects.
New without tags (NWOT) - Item appears as new but has no tags or packaging.
Near New (NN) - Item appears almost new but may have very slight signs of use.
Excellent Used Condition (EUC) - Item shows signs of use that may not be visible and very hard to notice.
Very Good Condition (VGC) - Item is starting to show signs of use not very noticeable.
Good Condition (GC) - Obvious signs of use such as stretching or marks but is still functional/wearable.

Postage
We ship EVERY single business day (Mon-Fri). All our items are shipped primarily with Australia Post and occasionally we use couriers depending on location. Both delivery services come with tracking, so you can follow your items from us to you. All orders received prior to 12 noon on business days ship that same day.
International Duties
eBay now collects VAT / Tax and other duties for many countries, but not all. These charges are always the buyer's responsibility. Please check your country's customs office to determine what, if any, additional costs may be incurred prior to buying, as we do not accept international returns.
Returns
Returns are always accepted up to 30 days; we want you to be 100% happy and satisfied. Simply return the item to us in the same condition you received it and we'll refund your money less postage. As you will have seen, our listing information, measurements and photographs are extensive so that you can be happy with your purchase and returns can be avoided.
