A premium log store providing practical storage for firewood / logs, keeping them aired and dry and neatly stacked in one place. 

Heavy duty timber frames and legs provide a durable storage unit, pressure treated against rot and insects. The store has a handy shelf which can be positioned at any height, ideal for kindling and small wood pieces. A raised slatted floor allows for good airflow, keeping logs dry. Deep enough for two rows of logs up to 27cm long.

PRODUCT FINISH DISCLAIMER: Being made from a natural material; colour, tone and detail may vary slightly to that shown. This item is made from tanalised, pressure treated timber. The timber may show signs of the treatment upon delivery. A Green tint and or signs of crystallisation (green / black specks) on the surface of wood (often mistaken as surface mould) may be evident. This is normal and will clear with use and exposure to the elements over time. Pressure Treated products should not be treated with any other treatment product for the first 3-6 months. Timber will turn a grey / silvery colour with age if left untreated -- Timber is a natural product and grain splits otherwise known as "checks" or "shakes" may be present on delivery or will appear over time. This is due to changes in temperature and humidity causing the timber to expand and contract. This is to be expected and is normal and is not a cause for concern. This will not affect the strength or durability of your timber product.

These stores require light annual maintenance to prolong the life of the product. Ensure debris is not allowed to build up on or around the product, and it must not be sited on standing water. Light greasing of moving hardware and fixings may be necessary.

In addition to this it is also recommended that the timber is treated with a water-based paint or stain or oil to protect and maintain the longevity of the product, repeating the process annually as required. This will stabilise any movement of the product caused by atmospheric moisture levels and help protect it from the elements.

These items are sent via a specialist palletised haulier. FREE Standard delivery is limited to certain postal codes. Please view the delivery Zone Map in the images at the top of this listing for further information. The map is split into two zones (Zones A and B).

IMPORTANT! To minimise delays, please ensure a valid daytime contact number is supplied at checkout. The carriers will need to call or text you to book a delivery date - they call / text customers approx. 2-4 days prior to the scheduled delivery date, or as soon as they know when they will be in your area.

*Please note: Delivery is made via a palletised kerbside delivery service, however this does not always mean that the item will be offloaded and supplied on a pallet. Deliveries are usually carried out on a large wheel based vehicle. Please contact us in advance if access to your property is restricted in any way, including narrow roads/access, no through roads, streets with parking etc. Any access restrictions that result in a delivery failure may incur charges. * Our handling time for these products are usually 1-2 working days (We process order Mon-Fri excluding National Bank Holidays). The carriers govern lead times, consolidating orders based on postal code. This ultimately determines how soon you will receive the item. Lead times are approximates and should be used as a guide only.

** Deliveries are made Monday - Friday excluding National Bank Holidays. Saturday delivery may be available upon request. Surcharges will apply.

The specialist palletised carriers call / text our customers before the scheduled delivery to book the delivery. Please ensure a valid daytime contact number is supplied at checkout. The carriers number may appear as withheld and they do not always leave an answer phone message. The carriers will provide you with an ETA as soon as their schedules have been routed.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a definitive ETA at time of order or until the carriers contact you.

Refused Deliveries:

RETURNS TERMS & CONDITIONS:

We accept returns within 14 Days of receipt. Please read below.

Ensure your bin and the bin store measurements are checked prior to ordering, to ensure your bin will fit the store, and the store will fit your intended area.

Upon delivery, and before assembly, ensure all parts are present and in satisfactory condition before planning an assembly.

Goods must be in fully resalable, unassembled condition (as delivered) to qualify for a collection for refund. No assembly or preperation (painting etc) having been attempted and the complete product is in its original sealed packaging.

As per the instructions manual, please ensure that the contents and parts are checked thoroughly against the parts list detailed within the instructions manual, prior to assembly. In the unlikely event parts are discovered missing, damaged or defective, please notify us in writing immediately. Assembly should not be attempted until all parts are available.

Our descriptions are supplied by the brand and/or the manufacturer of the goods. We endeavour to include as much detail where possible including relevant photos, measurements and customer feedback in our descriptions. Should you have any queries or concerns over information we provide, please contact us before placing an order.

A Returns Reference Number (RRN) is required. Goods can not be refunded or exchanged without a unique RRN.

In the event the item needs to be returned, customers are liable for additional carriage and packaging costs for items found unsuitable. Goods are the responsibility of the customer until they are collected by our designated carrier. A collection will be organised by ourselves or the designated carrier.

Please Note: A typical palettised delivery within UK Mainland costs from £40.00 + VAT. Customers are responsible for returns until they have been collected safely. Refunds or exchanges can not be processed until the item has been safely returned to us in fully resalable condition.


Faulty, Damaged or Missing Components:

As per the instructions manual, please ensure that the contents and parts are checked thoroughly against the parts list detailed within the instructions manual, prior to assembly. In the unlikely event parts are discovered missing, damaged or defective, please notify us in writing immediately. Assembly should not be attempted until all parts are available.

Should your item be received damaged, faulty or has missing components, we must be notified in writing within 48 hours of receipt. Please email us through eBay messages.

We recommend that customers thoroughly inspect the outer parcel upon receipt and before signing for the goods. Only sign for the goods if satisfied the packaging looks in undamaged condition. If the item packaging arrives damaged, please sign for the item 'received damaged' and notify us immediately if the contents have been affected.

We may request photos of the damage or fault in order to process a claim with the courier company and/or our supplier.


Refused Deliveries:
