New Book , Polish release

Real Korean cuisine in your home.

Delicious. Simply. In Korean.

The Clown Wiola, known as 'Kimchi Dumplings', disenchants Korean cuisine for us. On YouTube, it infects with love for Korea and the food there. And in this book, he shows that traditional Korean dishes can be made in any Polish home with easily available ingredients. In addition, most of them can be made from ingredients available in any supermarket.

Together with Wiola and her son Sonu, you will explore three levels of Korean culinary initiation.

The first to let you experience Korean flavours with ingredients available in every Polish supermarket.

Second - where one or two 'unusual' ingredients are needed to get a real Korean taste.

The third - master of Korean cuisine - is the level at which you will need more Korean ingredients, but you will complete most of them already at level two.

This book is not only dozens of delicious, easy-to-make recipes, but also a colorful, anecdotal and curiosity-packed culinary guide to Korea.

Together with the Wiola conjure up Korean cuisine in your home!

In the book you will also find links to exclusive, never-before-seen Viola and Sonu videos starring.

"Siemanko!

I am Wiola, I live in Korea and I love cooking Korean dishes because this kitchen is really delicious and healthy (but still more delicious than healthy). Ever since I moved to Korea (it was in 2017), I cook in Korean every day and I feel good – my husband and son always walk happy and full. I learned how to cook these dishes myself, but I have a trusted Korean reviewer (my husband) at home, so you can rest assured the recipes I present to you are authentic - sometimes just a little adapted to Polish conditions.

With my love of Korean cuisine, I have managed to infect many viewers of my Kimchi Dumplings YouTube channel and hopefully I can infect you too.

Well to Papa "
