It measures 38 and 1/4 inches high by 30 inches wide

This painting is signed on the back.  It also has the artist’s handprint in paint on the back.

There is some discoloration or stains from age.  It also has some scrapes on the front in the paint.  Some of the stitching on the back is missing.  

I have photographed all the imperfections that I found.
