Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item or within 7 working days. Thereafter return will only be accepted at our discretion and a handling charge of 20%-25% may be applied. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the item is returned in the same condition as received.

UKPostage quoted is always to Mainland UK as prescribed by our chosen courier. Areas that include Northern Ireland, the Highlands (see post codes below) and certain offshore destinations are not included as part of Mainland UK and will incur an extra charge. If you are aware that you live in these areas, please request a postage quote before you buy or wait for an invoice after you pay so we can add the extra amount.
