Here is one of the best patterns that I have seen that are similar to the Jazz or Tango dresses ladies wore in the 1920'and 1930's.  Ladies got all dressed up to go dancing at night clubs.

This pattern has cutting lines for sizes 6, 8, 10, 12, 14.  The instructions tell you how to make a bra cup in various sizes for view B. See pictures on pattern envelope. **This Vogue pattern is hard to find.**

It is popular with the ladies that wear period clothes to the Art Deco events.
