I'm not aware of the colloquial term for this booklet, but I believe it to have been an in-house publication due to the detail of it's content, so a limited print run each year. Likely printed and supplied by George Edward Over of Rugby.

Each booklet details masters, prizes, pupil roll, study sets and forms, as well as notes on numbers of pupils and those who are absent for that particular term.
