Original 1975 EMINENCE (with PEAVEY Sticker on Magnet) 12" SPEAKER. Date Code=67-75 (week is non-legible Speaker made 1975). Reads 13.4 Ohm. Original CONE is in Great Condition-Intact and Pliable, Speaker Sounds As It Should. CTS Style Magnet has some surface oxidation in a few areas (see pics for actual condition). Frame has some scuffs/scratches (see pics). Metallic dust cap has some denying  (see pics # 11 & 12 for specific reference) which DOES NOT affect function.  Back-side of paper mounting/surrounds has some pulled areas (see pics # 7 & 8) this Does NOT affect function only cosmetic possibly. Overall Very, Very Nice 70's EMINENCE Speaker.
