No. All our remotes are genuine remotes purchased from the manufacturers.

We try to maintain and constantly update our listings to reflect the compatibility for all our remotes and motors. If you are unsure of the remote you need, you can send us a message and we can confirm the required model, we are more than happy to help.  


ARE INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED:

Yes, all our remotes are shipped with free coding instructions. You can also refer to the manual for your motor for these instructions. 

Installation guides for motors are included and can also be found on the manufacturer's website. 

RETURNS: 

If a return is required, all original items must be returned undamaged and in re-sellable condition. Postage and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for return postage costs (and we recommend item is returned with a tracking number) unless the wrong item has been sent. We will not refund or exchange items that arrive back to us damaged due to poor packaging from the buyer.
