      All our used parts are professionally and gently removed from working tools with unrelated faults. For example we may sell the motor from a circular saw with a broken base, or the combustion chamber from a nail gun with an electrical fault. The parts are removed by a trained power tool repair technician, marked for identification and security purposes, and packaged immediately after photographing to prevent damage.

        Payment Payment is via eBay Managed Payments.
        Shipping Shipping is via Royal Mail 48 for most items under 2kg, and is free anywhere in the UK. DHL shipping is free to mainland UK. This does not cover highlands, islands or Northern Ireland. We can ship to these locations but a surcharge will apply.
        International shipping is predominantly via eBay's Global Shipping Progamme.
        Returns We accept returns within 30 days, provided that items are in the same condition as they were when they were sent out. This means we cannot accept returns of parts which have been altered, damaged, or fitted by technicians other than ourselves (except in cases which are demonstrably covered under the eBay Guarantee).
        VAT We are not currently VAT registered & so we do not provide VAT invoices at this time.
