US George Washington 2 Cent Carmine Red Stamp 1902-1903 - 12 Perforated.

I am not a stamp collector this came from a stamp collection book that had it marked as a 1903 perforated 12 George Washington 2 cent stamp.appears to be in very nice condition. Other than that , don’t know much about it.Sold as is .please see pics and ask any questions
