Ø  We ship to US, Canada, UK, and Europe Countries via DHL/FedEx/UPS/Aramex/USPS (exclude Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday).

Ø  Tracking number will be uploaded into your eBay page.

Ø  We don’t ship to PO BOX, APO/FPO/PR address.

Ø  The phone number is required at the time of delivery.

Ø  No responsibility to be accepted in case of Non-Delivery due to wrong address, Non-Availability at the time of Delivery.

Ø  In case of Non-Delivery, you are advised to contact your local carrier indicating your tracking number and claim the delivery.

Ø  In case of package being returned due to Non-Delivery, a re-shipping charge of $15.00 shall be applicable for USA & Canada only. For all other countries please check with us.

Ø  Buyer is responsible for any customs or import duties as per rules & regulations in your country.

Ø  We can not change the shipping address or cancel the order if the book shipped out.

Return & Exchange Policy

Ø  Returns accepted only in case of delivery of wrong edition or defective/damaged book within 30 days after the date of delivery.

Ø  In case of a return the refund shall be done only through PayPal subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

Ø  The buyer shall be responsible for all Return Shipping costs. Return shipping cost shall be paid only in case of damaged book received.

Ø  Customers must request a Returned Authorization Number from us before a return.  The tracking number of return shipment is required.
