I have several variations of this Aviatior however this purple and green version is by far the most stunning. P.S, this colour combination really is a special piece, no longer available, I have very limited numbers. I find these Aviators offer a lot of watch for the money with some features you just will not find at this price. Case in point is the Twisted Wire Dial. This feature has in the past been relegated to much more expensive timepieces in the Invicta line up, more often than not in the Reserve Collection. The quality of Ionic colour plating and attention to detailed fit and finishing just should not be on a timepiece for the asking price of these pieces.

Add to this a beautiful mechanical uni-directional rotating two piece bezel, a solid stainless 3 link bracelet with machined over centre deployment clasp together with a screw down back and you have something very special at this price point.

Invicta have then utilised a high quality Seiko VD51 quartz chronograph movement to complete what is an incredible timepiece.

The dial is quite deep dished with an outer chapter ring etched with white indices. An inner chapter ring supports white lumed 5 minute stick indices. Hour and minute hands are very large and finished in white lume. The main sweep seconds hand is finished in black, tipped in green lume and has a orange lumed plane riding on it's tail. This purple case version has the twisted wire dial finished in silver, sitting in contrast against a gloss black dial with orange dial accents.

The chronograph seconds sub dial sits at the 12 o'clock position, it's timing functions controlled by the pushers on either side of the crown. The large 8 mm dia crown is protected by a crown protrusion machined into the casework. All in all a lot of watch for the money.

Timepiece is new with tag and plastics attached. Comes with paperwork in an Invicta Presentation Case and will be sent free via Express Post within the land of Oz.

I have been fielding enquiries recently in relation to the authenticity of the watches I sell and also customers wanting all plastics removed from the watches when being photographed.

Firstly all my watches are certainly authentic. I do not sell, replica watches all though I do know that replica Invicta's do exist as I have myself unknowingly purchase a couple. My advice is not to buy Invicta watches where the country of origin is China. Having said that both replica's I purchased were from the United States, obviously marketed through Chinese affiliates in that country. Try to buy from reputable sellers.

If I describe a watch as new, then it is new and generally is wrapped in the manufacture's plastics. I do remove and replace some but not all of these plastics for photographic clarity. Most of my customers prefer an unmolested product where plastics are concerned however if you are genuine in your enquiry and prefer that all plastics be removed for photographic purposes then contact me and I will oblige.
