Up for your consideration is a Windsor Competition frame from the late 70s. Most of the components had 78 date stamps and the bike appeared to be all original when I got it. It was running a Suntour Cyclone groupset with Sugino Mighty Competition cranks and 27" Weinmann wheels. Allegedly this frame is a Cinelli copy according to some forums, but I'm not positive.

All of the components came out without any issues. The chrome lugs and dropouts have a bit of shallow surface rust, could use some polishing. Overall the bike had low miles, but did spend some time out in the California sun and the paint/decals have suffered a bit. Additionally, the seatpost came out scratched, and other 28.6mm seatposts feel like a tight fit. I think there might be some slight warping at the seatpost clamp. Still perfectly usable, I just wouldn't put a too nice seatpost on it :)

Seat tube: 51cm c-t
Top tube: 52cm c-c
BB shell: 68mm
Seatpost diameter: 26.8mm
