• Once we receive your order and the payment is processed, we will despatch your order on the next shipping day.

Shipping

• Packages are shipped within 1 business day after payment has been cleared. 
• All items are safely packed and provided with a tracking number. 
• We do shipping runs every week day, excluding public holidays, using Australia Post.  
• Shipping times using our standard shipping are between 5 - 10 working days.

Return Policy

• All items are sold as described. Returns only accepted if you receive an item different than described. If so, please kindly contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Both item and package must be in excellent condition.
• Items must be returned in same condition as received including boxes and certificates if applicable.

What do I do if my item is damaged or if I received the wrong item?

• Please contact us within 48 hours of arrival of your order, take a picture of your defective item and email this picture to us. We will respond within two working days.
