This is a vintage hardcover, with dust jacket, copy of New York Central's Early Power: Volume II 1831-1916 by Alvin F Staufer.
It is inscribed "To Stan Kleinman(?) / This is book No. 1 / Sincerely / Al Staufer" on the frontis page.
It is (c) 1967, and published by the author.
It measures approximately 9" by 11 1/4", with 352 numbered pages.
It is in very good condition with no written on, torn or missing pages that I can see, although the dust jacket has some wrinkling to it.
Also, there is some minor shelf wear to the corners of the covers and spine, and a slight musty 'old book' smell.
