The map is from the Atlas of Essex County Massachusetts from Actual Surveys and Official Records Compiled and Published by D.G. Beers & Co., 320 Chestnut St. Philadelphia, 1872. (D.G. Beers, J.H. Goodhue, H.B. Parcell)

The map displays roads, bodies of water, main + village post offices, topographical landmarks, railroads, property owners and building structures.

The map measures:

- Paper size 16.5” x 26” (approx)

- Map image 14.5” x 24” (approx)

The map is handcolored and in excellent condition with no rips or tears.

Some maps include business directories.

A copy of the Atlas Title page will be shipped to authenticate the map.

This is a single sided map.

The map will be shipped flat to prevent damage.
