Shipment
We will send the items within 24 hours once your payment is completed, and provide tracking number for each order. We highly recommend the non-USA buyers choose Standard Shipping which costs more but delivery time faster than Economy Shipping.
Delivery time depends on destination and other factors, it may takes up to 30 business days. If you don't receive your items after 30 business days, please contact us and we will figure out a satisfactory solution. Please do not leave us a negative feedback before any communication between us.
The shipping cost does not include any import taxes, and buyers are responsible for customs duties.

Returns Policy
We do our best to serve our customers the best that we can.
We will refund you if you return the items within 14 days of your receipt of the items for any reason. However, the buyer should make sure that the items returned are in their original conditions.
If the items are damaged or lost when they are returned, the buyer will be responsible for such damage or loss, and we will not give the buyer a full refund. The buyer should try to file a claim with the logistic company to recover the cost of damage or loss.
The buyer will be responsible for the shipping fees to return the items.

Change Address
— Orders are being processed within 3 business day. If you request to change your address, please let us know ahead of time. Otherwise, your order will be shipped to the address that you provided in your eBay/PayPal Record.
Cancelled Transactions
— We can cancel transactions, just let us know so we can process it immediately. We might provide an RMA number or further instructions if in case the item was already shipped.
Received Wrong Item/Not as Described
— We're humans and we intermittently commit mistakes but we are keen to correct them, in a way that the buyer prefers. If the item received was wrong or not the same as shown in the product listing, we will require you to send actual photo/s of the item received along with its packaging (showing the label on the package). This is our SOP, for us to be certain and for record purposes.
DOA / Damaged on Arrival
— We make sure our items are properly packaged before shipping to avoid damages on the item. In case you received a damaged item, which might have been caused during shipping, please provide us photos of the item received along with its packaging (showing the label on the package) for us to check and report immediately to our Shipping Department so we can take necessary action.
Defective/Incompatible
— We get our items in bulk so there is a little chance that some would be defective. We might require you to send us photo/s of the item received and also your original item so we can compare and conduct necessary actions. If you feel like you need to return an item, please let us know the REASON so that we can provide an RMA Number if needed.
