Marked: Spoon is fully Hallmarked: Soviet star with hammer and sickle in the middle (mid XX century Soviet Union silver mark). With the number "916" mark (916 - Silver standard) and in Cyrillic "4k" for Marker Jewelry Factory and Assay Master mark. Soviet Union - Russia, 1970s
