this is an ultra rare hard copy binder file that covers all types of mini from 998cc to 12 75 cc

this is a near mint condition copy that I have owned for about 30 years as you can see in the photos. The only slight bit of damage is a little bit of rust on the chrome work. and a little bit of discolouration on the pages.
