The "Marc Quinn" collection is named after the artist who designed it. Marc Quinn is a British contemporary artist whose work includes sculpture, installation and painting and is a key member of the Young British Artists movement. Quinn explores "what it's like to be human in the world today" through a variety of topics, with an emphasis on the body, genetics, identity, the environment and the media. His sculptures, paintings and drawings often deal with the distant connection we have with our body and emphasize the internal conflict between the 'natural' and 'cultural' attitudes of every human being.
