This is brand new and unused, uninstalled and unopened. But it's not in its original cardboard packaging. We're selling as our wall was load bearing and has shower pipes were where we needed to put the flue, so unfortunately had to switch to an electric. 7.9kW heat output efficiency A. We paid £4.5k for it all. Cash on pick up only.
It comes with an extra 1m length of flue as well as the standard top exit & out full flue kit, edge kits, and adaptor accessories. Full details below.
