Description

The ultimate “noiseless super heavy high gain distortion”! !

Adopts an independent channel configuration, both channels are designed to have the same tone, but the heavier channel allows higher gain settings than the heavy channel.
You can intentionally make the voicings similar and use one channel as a booster for solo guitar, or use the ``Mid Range Control'' to change the voicings of both channels to create different channel sounds, creating a rich variety of sounds. Make-up is possible. In addition, the ``Weight'' control, designed exclusively for the earth-crawling ``low range'', opens up new frontiers for distortion pedals.
This is a secret weapon that allows you to create a tight, big-bottom sound in the low range.
Additionally, the Hi/Lo EQ section common to both channels allows you to fine-tune the final output. It gives you the perfect tone for your amp or cabinet, giving you complete control over the shape of your heavy, high-gain sound. It also has an excellent built-in noise gate effect that can be selected as ``natural'' or ``aggressive.''
This allows for incredibly quiet operation even with intense high gain tones.

・Power
Operates from 9V to 18V DC power supply (center negative). Please use with an AC adapter of 200mA or more.
・heavy / heavy
The two footswitches toggle between both sections each time you step on them. When one section is selected, pressing that section's footswitch again will bypass it. You can check which channel is currently active by checking the LED lighting. It is bypassed when the LED is not lit.
・mid freq
You can select the center frequency of the "mid" EQ control from three types: 500Hz, 250Hz, and 2kHz. At 12 o'clock position it is neutral (boost & cut 0dB), when turned fully to the right it is boost +10dB and when turned fully to the left it is cut -10dB.
・gain
Controls the gain (distortion amount) of each channel. The heavy channel allows higher gain settings than the heavy channel.
・weight
You can change the sound character of the low range. Setting the Weight low will produce a tight bass sound perfect for muted riffs. Also, if you set it higher, you will get a majestic low end with a larger bottom end. Unlike simple low-frequency equalization, the Weight control can only control the delicious low-end that is the core of the sound, so by using it in conjunction with the Low EQ in the master section, you can achieve even more precise control of the low-frequency range. Become. This is a new type of control that allows you to freely manipulate the ``heavy low range'', which is the heart of high gain distortion.

・gate
It's a noise gate. Detects silence in the performance and mutes the output.
・natural
The noise gate is applied with a gentle slope, resulting in a very natural sound.
・aggr
This mode applies the noise gate more strongly than usual. Please use this if your playing style is always aggressive. For playing styles that express dynamics, please select natural mode.
・trim
You can fine-tune the sensitivity of the noise gate with the trim pot on the side of the pedal.
・hi
Equalizes the high frequencies of the signal sent to the output section. This is an equalizer with a gentle shelf curve from around 3kHz.At the 12 o'clock position, it is neutral (boost & cut 0dB), when turned fully to the right, the boost is +10dB, and when turned fully to the left, the cut is -10dB.
・low
Equalizes the low frequencies of the signal sent to the output section. It is an equalizer with a gentle shelf curve from around 80Hz, neutral (boost & cut 0dB) at 12 o'clock position, boost +10dB when turned fully to the right, and -10dB cut when turned fully to the left.
These hi and low equalizers are equalizations for the final output section, and affect both channels in the heavy and heavier sections.
