26 Pages of drawings by an artist possibly named M Fat Muridge (A name written in bubble lettering on the front of the book.)

Some pages and illustrations are titled and location detailed. It appears the  drawings were made in art classes at the SEATTLE MUSEUM & Haugland Studios created by Augustine Haugland. (1891-1964) Born in Bergen, Norway, where he studied at the Art Students League, Pratt Institute, and the Metropolitan Museum Art School, all in New York City.

 In Tacoma, Washington, he taught at the Tacoma Art Center.  Later, he had a small art school in his home. He was a master oil painter, watercolorist, and superb with graphite drawing.  He was excellent in ceramics, creating his own molds and figurines.  He developed a children's storybook called Diddle, Doodle and Dan. He hand calligraphed it, illustrated it, and developed ceramic figures he hoped to market with the book. Many of hes works can be found in the NATIONAL GALLERY OF ART.

What also makes this sketch book a one of a kind it features actual drawings by the artist of Augustine Haugland while he is posing for the illustration. The book features unique female and male poses, female nudes, facial expressions and more.
