Elegant,
antique
door knocker salvaged from Northeastern PA. It's made of solid, heavy, thick, cast bronze, not plated steel.
The 2 original installation bolts and washers are included.
It has traditional, Colonial style design which is
enhanced by a lovely, original patina (tarnish). If you prefer a clean,
shiny look, you could remove the patina with "Brasso" and some #0000
steel wool.
The door knocker is in fantastic condition with only tiny
nicks and subtle scratches There are no breaks, cracks, chips, or gouges.
It's ready for another lifetime of service.
