This unique item is a blue silk embroidered Dutch shoe with a rope border. It opens up to reveal felts for cleaning shoes. There are two felts left in this holder. The shoe has wear on each side at the back top. It measures 3 7/8 inches long and is 2 1/2 inches tall. A novel antique shoe accessory item.
