1) Sticky tape bent over itself on the back of a display (not the toy itself) is NOT defective

2) A doll which has a small mark, that every doll we have access too has, is NOT defective. Especially when it confirmed the series comes with those marks. Which in no way affects the play ability of the toy.

3) very minor marks on packaging that is not the toy itself

Some examples of what IS defective

1) missing doll parts

2) Missing acessories

3) obvious marks on the toy itself that don't exist on other (same) products.
