Blair's 3am Hot Sauce, ORIGINAL version.

Very rare collector's Item, about 20 years old.

2 MILLION Scoville, if you open it... but this is a collector's item so I very much doubt you will actually open it (and hope you won't).

There are later editions of Blair's 3am, in larger bottles, but this is a bottle from the first edition and is extremely rare.

If you can find another one for sale, it's going to be somewhere north of 300 dollars, sometimes they even sell for more than double that.

I bought this bottle brand new in Florida in 2002 or 2003 (I can't remember exactly which year). Purchased in "Gourmet Chef" (long since gone out of business, unfortunately) and I still have an unsigned 2nd copy of the original disclaimer that I had to sign to be allowed to buy it - I'll include it with this sale. They weren't taking any chances with people buying it and downing it, then sueing them!

The bottle and wax are in near mint condition (no breakages or scratches to the wax etc.)

Unopened (obviously).

The plastic box has some minor marks from age, a crack in the base and one in the lid (under the sticker), but is still structurally sound and good enough and clear enough for display. The shiny sticker on the box has lost a little bit of lustre, but still looks good.

I've had this on a high shelf for years and mostly forget I have it there. I'm not really into hot sauces as much as I used to be (I used to be completely obsessed and had a large collection). This is the last one I have, so it's not really a collection any more! Add it to yours!!!
