Gorgeous, vintage push plate and handle set
salvaged from Northeastern PA. Both the pull and plate were
made sometime around the middle of the previous century and are
made of solid bronze. The plate is a thin, but rigid sheet of bronze, and the handle is heavy cast bronze.
The handle comes with 2 bronze installation bolts.
The patina (tarnish) is one of the nicest
I've ever seen. It looks like a beautiful collage of the
various colors of leaves during Autumn.
Considering that the pieces were probably touched thousands of times, they are in great shape.
Expect light scratches and tiny nicks, but no breaks, cracks, chips, dents,
or gouges. The pair is ready for another lifetime of service.
