Delta Clutch
Delta Clutch is a clutch born in the scooter racing environment and quickly became the reference tool, indispensable for vehicle tuning.
The simplicity of the system allows you to adjust the tension of the spring opposing the centrifugal force in a very short time and the possibility of replacing the spring itself with others that have a different K, available in the Malossi catalogue.
The other prerogative is to vary the position of the mass which determines the pressure of the friction material against the internal wall of the bell and even to replace the mass itself with another of a different weight.
The entire system is covered by a patent to defend the product from counterfeiters and copyists who shamelessly try to circumvent the invention with every trick.
Over time, Delta has had the recognition of all the most qualified technicians and the facts demonstrate this, as it is adopted by all racing teams and by a vast clientele of athletes, who record a continuous increase in sales.
As is natural for Malossi, the product has always been followed along its journey: Delta has been gradually optimized with small but important measures to keep the product always at the forefront.
It should be known that asbestos has never been used in Malossi clutches and we are proud of this, and it is clear that to reach current levels of quality and reliability, the company has had to invest a lot in research, especially on friction materials, and can now peremptorily state that it is in possession of exclusive formulas to produce materials resistant to high temperatures, capable of maintaining the friction coefficient unchanged even when subjected to prolonged stress.

Central hub in carbon steel obtained from a bar and reported by Tig welding.
Soft nitriding thermochemical treatment.
Finned reinforcement ring in carbon steel obtained by chip removal with superficial burnishing treatment, fitted with interference.
100% dynamic balancing.
Given the strong interest in these two items, we thought we were doing something that our customers would appreciate by offering a box to contain both products.
This allows Malossi to provide two quality products in a single package and at a slightly lower price.
