Lucky as you are to live in outer areas such as Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands, unfortunately these are often not covered by the courier, so there may be additional charges for deliveries. Please enquire with me if you are in areas considered not UK mainland, or that may be considered remote by couriers, to ensure I can give you an accurate postage rate for your location.

In the case of a missed delivery, please contact the courier immediately to arrange a re-delivery or collection. If an item is sent back to us as a result of failed delivery this will incur a delivery charge for the cost of return and redelivery.
