Huawei E3131 is unlocked, it means You can use it with any network sim card, software inside dongle is updated to the latest version. I tested it with EE and Giffgaff sim card. In some cases on device web page You just need type connection APN details for Your sim card provider and click to connect, lettle "how to" guide will be provided.
