Dismantled to the bare metal, repainted with new decals.
Freshly built with new grease, wires, cables, 
New aluminium wheels
New handlebar ribbon

The bycicle is better than new, it has been updated removing the rims wheels with tubolar and updating with aluminium clinchers wheels with Michelin tubes.
