CANNOT RELEASE YOUR ORDER UNTIL THE PAYMENT HAS CLEARED ( WHICH CAN TAKE 10 DAYS )

THIS IS A PAYPAL ISSUE AND SO YOU MAY NEED TO CONTACT THEM DIRECTLY IF THEY PROCESS YOUR PAYMENT AS AN E-CHEQUE.

Return Policy

 Return policy: Our returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original 

Condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) 

It is the buyers’ responsibility for cost and arrangement of return.

In the event of damage or shortage please advise immediately in writing us via the eBay system with photographic 

Evidence of the damage within 48 hours after receipt of goods otherwise claim cannot be admitted.

 Warranties only apply to goods delivered within the UK and Northern Ireland. 

Warranty claims for Order outside UK are made to the manufacturer by the buyer.

Returns after the 14 days will be charged a 15% restocking charge.

Buyer is again liable for return postage. Returned goods will only be excepted if received back in resalable condition in the original box or packing.

For faulty or damaged goods photos are required prior to a claim being authorised.

Please note due to carrier claims any goods which are received damaged will be refunded & not replaced.

Any goods sent via Royal Mail can take up to 10 working days as per Royal Mail's terms and conditions.

Claims of not received items will only be considered after 10 working days of dispatch and will NOT be considered after 15 working days.
