Starting Indoors: Sow indoors in pots 8 weeks before planting out. Keep at 70°F or warmer; do not cover seeds, just tightly press into the soil. Keep in cooler conditions after germination, until the plant is large enough to harden off to outside conditions after last frost. 
Starting Outdoors: Direct sow after all danger of frost. 
When to Set Outside: If planting indoors, plant outside after last frost.
