  • Step 1 -  Mail In Service , Sending your drive
We use special delivery as it allows us to arrange to pick up from your home/business or you can print out the label and take your package drive to any post office, special delivery give quick 1-day delivery with fully insured and tracking availability.
  • Step 2 - Inspect your drive and keep you informed
On arrival, your drive will have a full QC check-in, After the examination we will let you know what we find and how much of your data is retrievable, even emailing you a folder structure.
  • Step 3 - Data Returned or Refund with drive return
We will discuss with you if you need your data returned physically using quick special delivery for a tracked & insured delivery service or even return your data online, if you don’t want to proceed or we can only get less than 20% usable data we will return the old drive and refund you.
