This is a lovely little vintage hand-painted Fenton bell. It features a painted fall/tree design. It is signed on the bottom by the artist -Vicki F. The bell has a clear round glass  clapper. This bell is made of neat pale green custard glass and glows brightly under backlight. It is in good pre-owned, vintage condition and it comes from a smoke-free.
