New pads and shoes. I bought these for my 99 Saturn wagon SW2 then it crapped out on me. They did get rained on, see rust pics but they'll be in the rain anyway. **There's no clips with the front pads... that's how they came and didn't realize it till long after...will need to use your old ones"
