Returns are accepted but the item must be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date.  When we receive the returned item, inspect it, and it is found to be in the same condition that we shipped it in (brand new, unused, and/or in the original packaging with tag attached) then we will request a cancellation of the transaction through ebay.  Once the item is cancelled, your refund will be given. Refunds are less original cost to ship the product  unless the mistake was made by the seller.  Returns that have any signs of use or handling will NOT be accepted and no refund will be given.
