This is a rule book for the Soap Box Derby or also called the "world's gravity gran prix". It covers contestants' rules, car building specifications, car inspection, race procedures, the officials and even construction tips. It is complete (derby's entrance certificate blank and included) and still held together with two staples.

It's in fair condition. There are brown, foxing spots on the front and back covers and some on the first two pages from the front and back. In between there are no spots. There is a small rip at the top of the perforation on the back cover.
