These are aftermarket replacement parts for the tailgate hinges on the Chevy and GMC pick ups. These parts were bought but never used and they were out of the package so I cannot list them as new. But they have never been used. They do have some minor imperfections on them like small scratches and writing from doing inventory. These come as is. We do not ship internationally!
