There is an oval cartouche with olive leaves top and bottom. This has the monogram MAB. The curved top blade is outlined with parallel series of dashes. The blade has a flowing leaf sprouting out of a pair of C scrolls. The reverse of the handle is a mirror image of the front. No monogram. Blade is unadorned. Signed Farrington & Hunnewell- Boston silversmiths working from 1835-1860. Good overall condition.
