Easy to figure out and use although it may take some trial and error. Starting with lace 1 made the shoes too tight so I ended up starting with lace 3 and ending two from the top (where I always stop with lace 8. Best of all the laces are numbered on the back so no guessing. Start lowest at the bottom and count up. Used on adult sized shoes.
