I bought this book many years ago in Paris, from a visit to the studio apartment of Le Corbusier on Rue Nungresser. The condition is close to new, I have kept the book in a bookcase with solid doors to protect from daylight and dust, the only tiny flaw I can find is at the top of the spine a very small area of the paper colour coating has lifted, check the spine photo at the top, this is nearly negligible.
