These lamps are a true piece of vintage design history and testify to the creative brilliance of renowned designer Louis Kalff.

He was the artistic director of the Philips company in Eindhoven, Holland, and was known for his innovative designs. The Timor table lamps are a prime example of his visionary approach to lighting. The dynamic shape of the lamp is exemplary of the "New Look" of the 50s. The clear lines and minimalist aesthetic make these lamps true pieces of jewelry.

Its innovative lampshade construction, with a light bulb piercing the middle, creates an interesting effect and practical light distribution.
