This amazing piece of a black panther biting an small alligator symbolizes the animal wild life. The ways of them to survive are vicious but a must, these gorgeous creatures come from different types of cat families. It sad to say that we lose wildlife animals everyday for there own survival. The beautiful black panther sinks his teeth deep into the alligator tale trying to injure him bad to have him just give up. This sculpture was cast using the ""Lost Wax Method"" and has a brown patina. It is mounted on a marble base and this sculpture is signed by Barye.
